The campsite is situated in the heart of 'Du Maurier' Country on the south coast of Cornwall, between the beautiful estuary town of Fowey and the charming and historic port of Charlestown. The 30 acres of meadow and mature woodlands with borders ablaze with blue hydrangeas and wild rhododendron create the prefect setting for your much needed holiday.
Our large, level pitches are suitable for even the largest of caravans, tents or motorhomes, coupled with first class on site facilities for the whole family including heated outdoor swimming pools, two main play areas, 3 luxury toilet and shower amenities (including two family rooms and a disabled facility) crazy golf, all of which are free to use. To preserve the peaceful and family oriented ambience of the Park we do not have a clubhouse or bar on the site, but for a relaxing evening drink the Britannia Inn is just a ten minute walk. and there is a seaonal bar and food outlets on Carlyon Bay Beach.
Make the most of your visit to one of the most beautiful parts of the Country. Famous for its rugged breathtaking scenery, which has now become a mecca for outdoor sports and those just wishing to soak up the atmosphere.
Steeped in ancient history Cornwall has something for all ages. From the fantastic surfing beaches of the North coast to the tranquil bays of the South coast. The world renowned Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, and our proud Cornish China clay and tin mining heritage are here to discover and explore.
A breathtaking 40 minute walk along the coastal footpath brings you to the historic and charming Port of Charlestown. Little has changed since its completion in 1795 and its visitors centre, restaurants, family pub and glorious backdrop of Tall Ships in the harbour make Charlestown a favoured location of film and television producers, most recently the remake of the 'Poldark' series.
We are always delighted to get reviews from our clients, and from various sources.
