Useful travel Tip: Follow the highway road signs for Fowey rather than Carlyon Bay.
The most direct route to us whether coming from the east or west is to approach from the A390   - Do not be tempted to use Penny's Lane which looks a possible short cut, it is a narrow winding lane and is unsuitable for large or towing vehicles.

Turn onto the A3082 at the Britannia Inn roundabout signposted to Fowey, then turn next right into Cypress Avenue. This route will save you approx 2.5 miles and avoids 13 speed bumps!
